Respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Parties and events are not permitted unless previously agreed with the host.

Please respect the maximum number of guests stated in the booking.

Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.

Do not move furniture or remove items from the apartment.

Please report any damage or problems as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Please follow the check-in and check-out instructions provided by the host.

Before leaving, please make sure that windows, doors and other access points are properly secured.

Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated bins and follow the local waste-sorting instructions. Failure to properly dispose of rubbish may result in an additional cleaning or disposal fee.
